New glass minimizes “bird strike”

While many modern buildings favor glass, cleaning up the corpses of pigeons, sparrows and other feathered creatures is not as popular.

This is where ORNILUX bird protection glass comes in. The Gernman glass makers Arnold Glas have laced together a varying UV-reflective pattern visible to birds that is not so obvious to humans. The result: up to 75 percent reduction in bird strikes.
