“Liberty, Equality, Gastronomy”

There was once a rich, weird old dude with prosthetic hands who lived in France during the 18th century. He liked to eat so much that he considered himself expert enough to write a series of books on the emerging culinary trends of the time such as le restaurant.

This writer decided to use this writing as a guide on his own personal tour of French cuisine.

Though some locations were, no surprisingly, missing, some had been preserved in their splendor.

Pretty cool.
